Our neighbor, Sharon, just brought over a dish of wonderful slaw. I asked her for her recipe, and here it is:
• Kolhrabi, peeled and shredded (I’d use a food processor if you have one).
• Dressing: 2 Tablespoons each: Mayo, sugar, vinegar, and milk, whisked together. (substitute honey for sugar if you like)
• Salt and pepper to taste.
That’s it, and boy is it juicy and yummy!
